Downtown Engineering announces exciting new projects in Central Florida

LAKELAND, FL (February 20, 2025) - We are excited to announce that Downtown Engineering has been awarded several new contracts for key projects in our local community!

Our team is thrilled to be working on projects that will help improve the infrastructure and quality of life for residents and businesses. With each new project, we are more committed than ever to delivering results that are fast, cost-effective, and backed by our knowledge of the industry.

New Projects Highlighted:

• Brave Raider Site Improvements: The goal of this project is to construct office, storage and parking for a new vehicle recovery service business along Highway 17 in Polk County. The improvements will also include new parking and driveway paving for an existing vehicle repair shop. This will consolidate vehicle services between Bartow and Fort Meade at the Brave Raider property.

• Thorpe Road Light Industrial: This project will construct new light industrial storage and warehouse space in Orange County, FL. The development located west of the Orlando International Airport will accommodate a variety of new businesses.

• Gadson Street Industrial Phase II: Next expansion for light industrial space in the Seneca Commerce Park in Groveland, FL. We will continue our work as the lead consultants for Phase I.
